Who We Are

Gold Line Support Leadership

Gold Line Support was founded in 2021 with a mission to elevate recognition, support, and professional identity for 9-1-1 telecommunicators.

As we relaunch and expand nationally, we are building a leadership and advisory team made up of professionals who believe in strengthening the voice behind the call.

Our team consists of dispatchers, supervisors, and public safety leaders who volunteer their time to help grow the mission and support the emergency communications community.

Laurie Stanich

Director of Outreach and Community

Laurie Stanich

9-1-1 professional and advocate based in Central Indiana.  I know what it's like to feel unseen, unvalued, and unappreciated in a profession where you give everything of yourself.  I've lived through the long nights, the heavy calls, and the moments where support was missing.  Instead of staying stuck there, I chose to develop.  I stepped back when I needed to grow; I invested in advanced training, pursued my ENP, and became a certified 9-1-1 Chaplain: deepening my commitment to supporting the mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of those in this field.  My journey has been about building myself; intentionally, unapologetically, and with purpose.

That growth drives me and fuels my commitment to help lead the change in supporting those behind the headset.  As Director of Outreach and Community for Gold Line Support, my goal is to create what this profession truly needs: connection, recognition, and real support.  I'm committed to encouraging others to develop, seek out opportunities, and fully utilize the resources available to them.  Growth shouldn't be limited by a lack of support.  I want every telecommunicator to know their value and feel empowered to invest in themselves.

I am here to advocate boldly, lead with purpose, and ensure every telecommunicator behind the call knows their voice isn't just important: it's everything!

Andrew L. DiGregorio

Our Structure

Gold Line Support operates through a small volunteer leadership team responsible for guiding the mission, overseeing programs, and supporting the continued growth of the organization.

The leadership team works collaboratively to develop initiatives that recognize and strengthen the role of emergency communications professionals, including programs such as the Sunshine Dispatcher Recognition.

As Gold Line Support continues to grow, the organization intends to develop an advisory group made up of professionals from across the 9-1-1 community. Advisory members will help provide industry insight, support program development, and assist in expanding the reach of the organization nationwide.

The structure of Gold Line Support is intentionally designed to remain flexible and collaborative, allowing the organization to adapt and grow as new opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives emerge.

Future development of the organization may include additional volunteer leadership roles, regional representation, advisory participation, and expanded programs that further support recognition, wellness, and professional growth within the emergency communications profession.

All roles within Gold Line Support are volunteer-based and built around a shared commitment to elevating the voice behind every emergency call.
