First Voice is a national initiative created to bring recognition, support, awareness, and connection to public safety communications professionals — the first voice in every emergency.
Built in partnership with Gold Line Support and The 911 Chaplain Initiative, First Voice brings together recognition, wellness, peer support, storytelling, public education, and community engagement to strengthen the profession nationwide.
Through regional events, national storytelling, media initiatives, and future public-facing programs, First Voice is designed to help communities better understand the people behind the call and the critical role they serve.
More than an event, First Voice is a growing movement focused on changing how public safety communications is seen, supported, and understood — both within public safety and by the communities it serves.
